On July 11, MCC Overseas Indonesia Office found itself immersed in delight that it has won the bid for Sishui Central Park Housing Construction Project. Months of efforts put in field visits, technical exchanges and consultations finally paid off. Pak Adi, representative of the Owner, issued the Letter of Award to MCC Overseas (Indonesia), appointing it as the general contractor of the project and Cao Xiaowei, Deputy Manager of MCC Overseas (Indonesia) accepted the Letter.

As the second largest city in Indonesia, Sishui has great potential and space for development. Winning the bid of this project will not only brings MCC Overseas(Indonesia) to enter the Sishui housing construction market, but also contribute to improving the quality of life for local residents. Owner of this project is a professional real estate developer that has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate development in Sishui.

The project includes 525 fine-decorated suits and large-scale integrated shopping mall. It is scheduled to start in September this year. It will adopt the latest applied building materials and prefabricates building technology in China. It will also introduce home automation to further improve residential experience for local people.
